A brand with roots.

Our brand was born with the aim of taking our passion for the tigernut much further, combining our knowledge of the sector, farming, and especially the experience gained in food products such as the famous Valencian horchata and fartons. Our know-how began around the year 1939, and has not stopped growing since then. This is what leads us to proudly showing off a whole range of products today, ranging from the tuber itself, in its raw form, to an oil with tigernut essence.

1960

Everything has a beginning

And ours started more than half a century ago, around 1960, when we moved to Alboraya, the land of tigernuts and horchata. This was our first contact with the farm.

Artisan manufacturers

It was in 1985 when we became artisan manufacturers with a homemade horchata that we served to the public at ‘Mari Toñi’, our horchata shop located in Valencia.

We are expanding

This year, we became the largest horchata manufacturers in the Community of Valencia, with a production capacity of more than 60 million litres per year and exporting to more than 25 countries.

We strive to take care of our main ingredient: the tigernut. That is why we use natural processes to dry and wash them using our ECO-certified ecological dryer and washer.
