Wheat flour, sugar, butter (milk), raisins 8.6% (raisins, sunflower oil), water, pasteurised egg yolk, candied orange (5.6%) (diced orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), sourdough (wheat), pasteurised whole milk, pasteurised egg white, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, honey, ground hazelnut, ground almond, Bourbon vanilla paste (inverted sugar syrup, water, Bourbon vanilla extract [ethanol <6% by volume], exhausted vanilla bean pod powder, exhausted vanilla seeds, thickener: Xanthan gum), corn flour, pasteurised cream (milk), orange zest, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, lemon zest, orange essential oil. May contain traces of soya and mustard.
Ideal storage temperature: 25ºC
