The Polo brand originated in 1939, in Titaguas, a small town in the interior of the province of Valencia.

In 1960, the brand moved to Alboraya: the land of tigernuts and tigernut milk, where they had the idea of creating a bun to accompany the tigernut milk. This was the beginning of what we know today as Fartons.
