We make our dough using only high-quality flour, extra virgin olive oil, water, and salt, following a prolonged fermentation process that intensifies the aroma and provides a thin, golden crust. Afterwards, we bake it over a low heat to preserve its inner juiciness and its characteristic alveolar structure.
