Made with a light puff pastry dough, this Fartón offers a unique contrast between its soft interior and its intense dark chocolate coating, creating a sweet experience full of flavour and texture.
Perfect to enjoy with horchata, coffee, or as a sweet treat at any time of day, Blanc i Negre reinvents the classic Valencian Fartón with a combination that brings together the best of both worlds: the softness of puff pastry and the intensity of chocolate.
An original sweet that preserves the essence of traditional Valencian pastry, now with a modern and surprising twist.
Ingredients
[Wheat] flour, lard (pure pork fat, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidants: natural extracts rich in tocopherols), sugar, water, pasteurised [egg], compressed yeast, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, [wheat] [gluten], sunflower oil. Cocoa coating with non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (20%): Sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), defatted cocoa powder, emulsifiers (E 492, sunflower lecithin, E 476) and flavouring.
May contain traces of [milk], [nuts], [soya], [peanuts] and [mustard].
